Question of the day: how do I pick up my pass?

So you’re signed up for VIDFEST and now you’re asking ‘how do I pick up my pass/ticket?’. Here’s the scoop:

VIP pass holders:
You can pick up your name badge and reg kit at the first VIDFEST event you attend (eg. the Opening Reception, Convergence 2008, Happy Hour, Creative Exchange Conference, Closing Gala, Pitch ‘n’ Play). The opening reception is at the Vancouver Art Gallery and starts at 6 pm on Wednesday (tomorrow!).

IPF attendees:
If you are just attending the IPF, registration opens at 9 am at the Granville Island Hotel.

Creative Exchange Conference pass holders:
Registration opens at 8:30 am on Friday at the Arts Club Theatre on Granville Island.

Single session ticket holders:
You can pick up your ticket(s) 30 minutes prior to the session you plan to attend (Friday).

PopVox Awards Gala ticket holders:
Doors open at 7 pm on Friday and the awards start at 7:30 pm at ‘The Hangar’ in the Centre for Digital Media (577 Great Northern Way).
