i registered for Vidfest… now what?

Ok, so we admit, it hasn’t been totally clear where one can pick up VIDFEST passes and tickets. Here’s the scoop:

VVIP pass holders: Passes will be available for pick up at the Opening Reception (Emily Carr Institute - starts 5 pm tomorrow) and then again at the Creative Exchange registration desk on Thursday from 8 am onwards at Emily Carr.

Conference Only attendees: Passes can be picked up anytime after 8 am at Emily Carr on Thursday.

Gala ticket holders: If you have a VVIP pass, your Gala ticket can be found inside your name badge. If you are only attending the Gala, your name will be on the guest list at Radical. Doors open at 7:30 pm on Friday. (btw - there are still a few tickets left for those who need one!)
